White-Spunner Realty is seeking a highly motivated commercial sales and leasing agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to work independently to achieve sales goals. This person should have an active Alabama real estate license; previous experience in commercial real estate is preferred. The ideal candidate will already be familiar with Mobile and Baldwin counties. This position requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can cultivate relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with property owners, internal property management team, and other real estate professionals to promote commercial properties and generate leads.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings, ensuring syndication, and coordinating with office manager for social media advertising.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new leads and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and other relevant information to remain in compliance with the AREC.
- Conduct commercial property showings and provide tours to potential clients.
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements and coordinate the closing process.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and other relevant factors.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and other relevant documentation.
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and conditions.
- Attend networking events and participate in other marketing activities to promote the business.
- Participate in monthly team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Active real estate license in Alabama (active Florida & Mississippi licenses are a plus).
- Previous commercial real estate experience a plus, but not necessarily required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate and close sales.
- Strong organizational ability and willingness to comply with both internal and Alabama Real Estate Commission documentation policies.
- Demonstrated time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Familiarity with Mobile and Baldwin counties.
