The day includes the Business Forum, a professional development program, and culminates with the annual Eagle Awards. The Speaker is Kalisha Dessources Figures, Ph.D, Founder and Chief Strategist of KDF Strategies, a social impact firm specializing in organization-wide strategic planning and strategic partnerships. Dr. Figures has served in two presidential Administrations and has a passion for developing and connecting the next generation of emerging leaders.
